The camera vehicle in this case was a taxi. I found it odd that the camera vehicle kept following the MPV though - until the video poster said he wanted to stop where the Nissan was stopping. In any case, he was tailgating pretty close.

Stupid Indonesian aunty driving the Mit Grandis reversed and hit my car when she was trying to get out from her lot (parallel parking). She wanted to drive off and i have to stand in front of her car to stop her.

 

Refused to pay for my repair and said that I knock into her... WTF, I wasnt even in my car. Stay in Aspen Height somemore, rich and super bo class. At the end, just claim from her insurance.

Did she report to her insurer of the accident? If not how u managed to claim successfully from her insurance if she did not report? Coz lately, got news on this type of incidents.

lady driver who reversed her car and knock into a car that was behind her, best part is that she blamed the driver behind had knocked onto her car. (can see from the mum's reaction)

already a few illegal stopping along the road and the lady still wanna reverse and park right before the school entry? I am not strung up on illegal parking or stopping, as long as they do not create congestion and safety issues.

 

If she wanna park there, she will be creating a blind spot for vehicles turning out of the school, some more the MPV so huge. I abhor people who park without regards to others.

No matter how close the taxi was tailgating in this video, the accident isn't caused by him. The lady reversed without even checking whether there was anyone/vehicle behind. He stopped but she still reverse into him.

 

What if it was a pedestrian who was trying to cross the road?

Our authority say tailgating is not an offence, so no matter how close the taxi follow as long nvr hit anyone there is still no case against him...

Actually i found out, Indian usually talk talk non-stop that why end up bash the taxi while she reverse. Don't bother to check and still got the cheek to talk loud. and the point after the uncle show them the in-car camera they diam diam already. hahahaha

To be fair, we do not know what the lady tell about what happen to her husband. Maybe she told her husband that it is taxi who hit her car. So husband no reason not to believe her.

 

Not everyone has so fast information of video that went viral, not everyone surf maycarforum, hardwarezone, etc. So it may take sometime before the video clip reach his husband, and when it happen. That's when the interesting part come along.

Lucky this taxi driver has video cam installed. I wonder if he do not have video captured, maybe the lady will do something nutsy and inflate claim. And yeah, social media does help in exposing those type of nutsy people. Orbi good for them.
