Grab/Ryde issues and charges

Coz new driver, very less people rate, so 1 low rating will affect a lot. So have to drive more and have more people rate. Once hit about 100plus people rate and above, just a single person give low rating will not affect that much.

Not easy to achieve rating of 5. Most riders will give rating of 4, so if you get a passenger who give you rating of 1 or 2 which drag the rating from 5 to 4, it'll not be easy to go back to 5 unless you're lucky enough to have every riders giving you rating of 5 for the whole day.

as a rider, if no major prob with the ride then i will give 5 stars

Grab cannot rate riders.

 

Rating should also be taken with a pinch of salt.

Some riders may be having a bad day, any trip she takes, she will give 1 rating to make her feel better.

So the larger the population, the more accurate, rating number should be, as it average out those untruthful rating.

 

Of cuz, if the driver is really bad, then he will get lots of 1 rating, and it can be confirmed as such.

This grab.. Really darn Jia lat.. Down again. Wtf man. Authorities should step in Lao.. Cannot take it anymore. With uber drivers and riders don't have this kind of problems. So smooth sailing.. Haiz..

 

Critical server should not be down so easily. Imagine if every companies their critical server keep down. Like that how Sia? Like bank atm, constantly down, airport control tower radar down, Facebook server down, starhub phone network down and etc.. How Sia?

 

Darn.. Grab really need to look very deep on their engineers and their servers. Sack those knew nothing engineers that only cause more problems.

 

Few days back when grab is down, they should immediately need any urgent task to upgrade server Lao. This is the last warning to them that the server can't cope. If continue on like this how can riders and drivers trust grab app?

Ya lucky still got taxi, bus and train.. But then monopolize the whole phv market and then grab server become unreliable. Grab should anticipate this kind of problem long time ago and upgrade their server way before the merger when grab know the merger is going to happen. This is no far sight.

Grab would terminate with the driver if their rating is too low? How low will that be?
