According to the sgcarmart info, the OMV for Premium is $22,200 while Adventure is $21,800........

 

What is going on here? I would have thought that the Adventure will at least have a higher OMV....

Viewed the car with my CFO and booked the X-Trail late Jan 16, but SE told me that I need to wait till end Apr 16 for my ride.  .....

The SE I spoke to all dun seem too eager to close deal, maybe cos I have the "I have time to wait for COE to drop" factor or that they say earliest is April shipment.... So in between now and then, the COE most likely down trend.

So with a 11.5K drop in cat B, TC might reduce the list price by 6-8K?

 

I think if that is their pricing strategy, we will see COE drop faster the next round as people will be on sideline waiting for the COE to drop even more.

No. Because the rebate level is at $46K. Which means the drop of $8K from $46K ( @ COE $50K ) therefore the reduction of selling price.
