The consumption of rice is very huge for every old folks home. 1 day they will eat 3 meal. Let assume every morning got porridge also arh. 1 person (1day) - 150g of rice consumed. 300 person (1 day) - 150g x 300 = 45kg of rice a day. (round off to 50kg) 1 month = 50kg x 30 = 1500kg of rice. If my maths is right, we are only able to sustain them the most is 1 -2 months, as we will be distributing to a few homes. Anyway, the organizer is facing some issue. As he is also garnering his own friends for the donation. And little did i know that there is so many kind souls inside MCF. I am very happy and glad that everyone is playing a part in the community. (: I will temporary lock the thread to let the organizer settle his administrative stuff before we open up to more parties.
