I have this. Single port use is ok. When try to use double port, sometimes it doesn't charge. Have to unplug the entire thing, let it rest and plug in again. [cool]

are you using a charge-only cable? or a dual function cable that allows syncing and charging? i understand the length of a charging cable is also an important factor.

The second cable is dual function.

I have one which is 120cm and another 28cm.

If it doesn't work, both also don't work.

If it works, both works !

The first port always works though.

Weird !

there's a Customer FAQ at Anker's webpage. Seems like some USB cables could cause such problem to arise. alternatively you could write to them here, http://www.ianker.com/product/71AN2452CSS-WA#ptop .

if it's not a dedicated charging cable, then phone won't charge up fast enough than the rate of discharge. So, it keeps loosing charge.

In the end, I bought a dedicated Nokia car charger, and my phone finally been able to charge while in use as a GPS. [laugh]

I bought the Anker car charger and cable from amazon. Charge my iphone6 a lot faster dan my Belkin car charger. My friend who used my Anker charger was very impressed when he charged his Note2 in my car.
