I test drove about 2.5 years back with old GB. It was bit powerless. Let me try the new one soon.

I used to like Evoque as it is the only 2dr SUV i know. Now with 9 spd gb, it feels like a truck.

237hp pushing 1.7 tonne. Not enough?

Ahh, cannot judge the book by its cover mah.... its 9spder could be a close-ratio gb for performance, not for pulling loads.

Nowadays, it is for fuel efficiency.

CX-7 like a bit out of place in your list of Conti SUVs ... 😂

CX-7 more affordable (the rest I doubt I could afford [laugh]) compared to the rest of my list but nevertheless, it has the 2.3 turbo, plenty of boot space and better handling compared to many jap/kimchi model in the same class.

Guess I have a weird taste. :D

Back to the topic:

1. I don't think so. It'll probably remain the same demand in the coming years, with either the same numbers on the road, and not any more.

2. Yes, of course. And stayed on with it, for as long as I can afford it.

We will come back here in 2020

If you are an ex- or current owner, or have driven, seen them.

Will crossovers be more popular in SGP driving environment in coming years?

Will you buy one for the experience and move to other types eg MPV, sedan, etc after it? Or stay with the type for as long as you could?

not my choice of car ley, very thirsty one, I prefer 2 seater if I can afford one :D but now no choice, have to drive B & B small 7-seater [sweatdrop]
