Blackyv Turbocharged June 6, 2015 Share June 6, 2015 Correct, those earning $30K a month most likely claim every damn purchases and daily necessities on their company's expense account. You will be shocked at what they claim! I think if they can claim(redeem) driving demerit points by assigning it to their company's ID/UEN number, they will too! Yalor, like my ex boss, keep changing 7 series to another 7 series like no tomorrow and he is not paying a single cent.. all expenses company pay ...if from his own pocket, don't think he will buy 7 series.. since his wife drive a humble c class Merc only... ↡ Advertisement

Limwsv 5th Gear June 7, 2015 Share June 7, 2015 (edited) This is all interesting and salacious, but does zit to the COE prices. Looks like IRAS is going to have to work a lot more harder this year for their bonus to audit these people. Go ahead and challenge the methodologies all you like, after all that's what financial institutions, rating agencies, governmental bodies and such use as the base data for their planning. http://stats.mom.gov.sg/SL/Pages/Gross-Monthly-Income-from-Work-Concepts-and-Definitions.aspx BTW,. Only 25K of cars are registered under company plates, the rest of company cars are registered under some individual, ie private. Eventually who drives it is not important because the key operative is household without cars. You think a big boss is going to tell a $10 per survey drone that he does not own a car? Hahaha... BBTW, it does not change the fact that the project manager and his/her wife represent the 80% decile of income earners in Singapore. BBBTW, There are 125 000 households without income, of which 16% does own a car. And which 0.7 are suppose to be retirees. So read whatever you want into that group.
