I am keen to see the coe prices during the feb till April period. If the coe quota is also high between May till Jul then ho say liao!

 

The high quota window period need at least 6 months to get low coe prices.

 

the high quota will remain for 2-3 yrs.

with a recent drop of COE, many buyer whom can't endure will come. This might push up cost of COE in the next bidding

If he only service 3 times over the last 9 yr, I would advise him scrap the car.
