Short-term parking rates increased $0.10 like seems very little, but season parking increased $15-20 really a lot! Esp if you own more than 1 car.

LOL WHAT BS is this?! The majority of our carparks were built at least a decade ago, and most of them have already been "upgraded" to ERP carparks. What "construction" and "manpower" are they talking about?

is hdb parking cheaper than condo?

 

Condo mgt fee $350 + 2nd car parking $20 = $370

 

hdb parking 1st car $110 + 2nd car $120 + conservancy $50 = $280

 

$370 - $280 = $90 but you have security, gym and swimming pool and other facilities in condo for the extra $90 paid a month

 

the parking fee charge by hdb don't sound logical
