what's the rebate? hopefully the next round below rebate and you get some $ back, or if the next round higher, you try and convince yourself your paper value higher. alternatively if you not using a old car plate no.  you can also think that you don't like SLC plate and SLD plate suit you better

i am very sure COE is manipulate. 3.57pm still $1.00 for motorbike, next min shoot direct to $6303.00. If this is not manipulate by someone, i don't know what else

No manipulation lah.

It simply means, there is no or less people who is trying their luck by bidding $10, $50 or $1000.

Those who bid, bid with the intention to get the COE. So, they bid closed to the last result or the max price they are willing to pay.

When the total bid exceeded the total quota by 1, the price will jump jump to $6k,

Cat B: $51k

Cat E: $49k

 

And the actuals are:

Cat A: $47k

Cat B: $49k (I am a bit out here. need to refine my guesstimate machine already).

Cat E: $50k
