everyone can predict the coe, no right or wrong.

recently heard many contractors said market not good even bad. time will tell the truth, i predict coe will lowder down to 30k for cat A(this year).

For this round I actually think it will drop 1 to 3k across the board A 45.7k B 48.8k. Times are not as good as we think it is. If u can save for rainy days maybe should give up driving a awhile....

Safe to say the 2016 to 2018 bumper crop is actually not a major factor anymore because everyone has arranged their lifestyle to try to get car this period. They wont let COE drop below 40k, based on recent 2 mths results.

Tan Chong Bukit Timah was a ghost town this morning. People might be shying away at current COE.

 

today merc show room saw many signing for a new car, i am one of them. easily about 5 ppl issuing cheque and that is during lunch time. seems demand still strong.. most cars no stock and i have to wait till september

changing my wife car...to A180....nice zippy car... rebate at 36k so I believe the coe will hang around this level for a while.

quite good pricing can fight with jap car price.

3 months still ok la, ..........is this your first long wait ?

 

my last 4 cars all 4 to 5 months wait, including 2 Benz from C&C

....you get used to it after the first experience and in any case, patience builds on one's character especially as one ages.

I never have to wait so long for a car. This is the first time. My merc I got it first bidding and ex stock. This time my wife merc we have to wait so long, a bit sian.

why u say never go wrong with a benz
