I got watched this programme, i feel that from the way SRY talked on the show, he seems to be quite a confidence person and someone that doesnt look humble?

It is not common for a lady to able to do such high number of rep for pull up. she seems to have broad shoulder. Maybe a swimmer, rower....

Her pull up style is like me which used momentum and arm not fully extend 😁

It's all about weight reduction. The top may be 50g, maybe can pull another 1 or 2 repetitions without it. 

Should have watched this when I had to do IPPT - I would have learned to remove my shoes and top too!

She is quite into weights training. 

Pull up form is good and very strict. Making use of her back muscles rather than arm strength. Arms fully extended. No use of momentum. 

Sorry, did I mention earlier it is only her back view? 😂

For us, we should focus on the quality rather than quantity of our pull ups. No test to pass. So the need to focus on quantity is negligible. 

Engage the back and tighten the core. No bouncing to reduce the additional strain on our elbow joints. No kipping.
