Supercharged

But i see PML like lelong their diesel cars. Even the management cars, they letting go quite a number of 116d. Price quite attractive for some.

Wonder whats the catch?

Margins is high mah...... prices cheap becoz of cevs rebate also.... omv 31k with 10k cevs. Thus so called lower costing mah.

Thus they can price their rides attractively

Anyone's 2 series GT has clocked high mileage eg. over 100k? How is the wear and tear rate? Any major issue?

What do you mean by wear & tear rate?

Next year less CEVs, so gotta clear stocks now.

In fact their diesel models are selling so well that their shipment comes in every other month ... what stocks to clear if the cars are selling so well?

FYI in case you are interested. The first Petron after Tuas Checkpoint towards KL now has Euro 5. They already put a sign there. I realise their website is not always updated

HI, Anyone did sound proofing to this car? The engine sound very loud when stationary. Thanks

You mean the inside of the car? I don't find it loud but outside for sure it's loud cos of the diesel clatter.

Does anyone know what's the best price I can get for a GT now?
A good friend wants to consider this, thanks.

Plus what kind of freebies should he ask for?

Go and shop this weekend as new prices would reflect the lower COE ytd of 42k. I would say the new list price would be in the region of $157-159k ... do share with all once u visit the showroom.

That's original sound proofing which is already in the GT. I think he meant aftermarket soundproofing

Haha true ... can't have the whole cake and eat them all.

Usually, there is 1 layer of sound proof material underneath bonnet. If it is not there, look for it inside realoem. Get spare parts shop to order it lor.

Pointless to go aftermarket soundproof as it just add weight to your car.

Thanks for the info.
