Today i wore my Rolex Daydate to paint my meter box. Now having a cigar after job completion.  Hard life. Rolex is really a watch for the everyday joe, people with tough life.   Bet you, no one would wear a Patek to do what i did. 😀

Anyone can recommend shop that can polish rose gold watch due to tarnish?

What watch is that?

Does it have a mirror polished surface or brushed finish surface.

You can do tgis at home your self. just get a piece of cape cod and apply as per instructions

for brushed finish surfaces, do not rub hard with the cape cod cloth, simply dab some of the vanilla smelling cream from the cloth to the affected area and wipe using toilet paper or very soft tissue.  The objective is just to remove the oxidization and not to remove any gold material together.  You wouldnt want to turn a brushed finished surface to a mirror finish surface, hahaha

alternatively, the professional way of removing oxidization requires removing the movement and crystal and any part that is not gold first.  Then dip the gold parts in a gold cleansing solution entirelyto remove all oxidation.  After that reinstall.

@Throttle2 Brushed surface. I'm not confident enough to DIY with cape cod even though I do it for my SS watches.

So intend to get professional to do it.

@Throttle2 I'll try on that first. Agent don't do polish service only. will need to do basic or full service which will include that polishing.

My issue is that they want to charge $1200 for full service which I don't think it's necessary for 3 yrs old watch, that's just me.
