Sdf4786k Twincharged September 8, 2015 Share September 8, 2015 IIRC the warranty is 5yr/80k whichever come first. Abit strange as most ADs hv mileage as 100k or some Japs even have it unlimited. Cynical me wondering if Wearnes not expecting the car to last after 80k? Afterall, the average motorist will likely reach 80k long before 5yr. Maybe those who purchase hardly use the car and mostly travel by plane? ↡ Advertisement
Materick 1st Gear September 8, 2015 Share September 8, 2015 why pple always compare xe 2.0 vs c180 vs 316? anyway i see alot of c180 now rebadge as c200. some even add on amg rebadge. but they forgot their road tax disc don't lie. :D anyway just buy what you like. sometimes buy car no logic one. just like buying Ferrari/lambo/aston martin, there's no logic in it, but people still buy...... keep calm and have some wine. Steptronic Supercharged September 8, 2015 Share September 8, 2015 Correct. Wearnes does not have database or something to talk about Trade-in. Most of the time they call some agent to ask the price of your car to trade in and they quote few thousands lesser than what they "hear" from those agents. It happened with me both time I was there. Haha I reckon Wearnes would low ball, their profits quite slim so doubt too much OT when taking the car in. U let me know when u going down, my place not far from the showroom, if the kids are Zzzzing maybe can sneak out see car lim kopi

MTMQuattro Clutched September 8, 2015 Share September 8, 2015 I find the price for this XE a little too steep. It cost more than the bigger XF!
Steptronic Supercharged September 8, 2015 Share September 8, 2015 I guess their traditional sale with usual tradein or overtrade like PML or CnC is very less. Most of the cars are sold by advertising that XF is going for 188,888 this weekend. In these instances, there is no trade-in or over-trade negotiations with them at all. no over trade? Never trade in. Blardy SEs will lowball and prob take a $$cut from what is being offered by the used car dealer. Go thru quotz.

Is this why a lot of 'C200' don't seem to have Intelligent Light System? Speaking of which, does the XE have a similar technology? Fourth 2nd Gear September 11, 2015 Share September 11, 2015 Sorry I was referring to the older XF, I remembered them selling for 195k only! They were clearing stock for the XE and new XF. That was a great price but no more chance now. ↡ Advertisement
