With BTO delay, we are running low on labour la.  How to build fast?

everyone knows that only with BIG projects got BIG money going into pocket. otherwise how to Boleh...

I bet malaysia VEP will be scrapped and  new scheme will appear.

 

I still maintain that HSR is a huge waste of money and will never turn a profit, for this SG to KL stretch.

By the Time Malaysia finish HSR Project to Johore,most likely over 2030,what Covid may be all gone,sure built very fast.

Tear down sell the land for condoa/malls etc. Confirmed make $$$. 

On the other hand, spend money to build and then throw more to sustain the NSR.....

Gosh, this brought back memories of eating frog porridge with brandy opp Great World Hotel in Malacca years ago.
