Owner might be oversea for long time, maybe in China that is so difficult to travel in and out.

Actually I had the same thought. It is unlikely for the owner to have the car parked in an open carpark for so long, judging by the height of the grass, easily a month or more.

Hopefully nothing serious (illness or mishap) happens to the owner.

No way, unless he/she has someone who wash/polish his/her car every week, it is impossible for the car exterior looking as kilat as this.

My daily driven car looks in worse condition than this after 1 week of not washing... 😜

Wah, this type best to buy if owner want to sell.

Genuine low mileage.

Low mileage doesnt mean the car condition is good le. Sometimes if car seldom use and parked all the time, not very good also.

Why no good?

Better than a heavily used car but mileage tampered to low mileage right?

Maybe just so happen he always park when grass cutting, so they no chance to cut the grass 😂

Maybe he work night shift. At night nobody cut grass right lol. The car is too clean/shiny to be neglected. Or maybe owner only drive out at night to wash car.

Never start engine for prolonged period. I'm guessing your rubber hose etc will harden. Or maybe your engine oil become jelly lol.

I also dont know but ah car like any machine, if no use for long period or seldom use, sure would have problem. I remember during WFH tht period, car seldom use and when i use it, the car emit some di di sound which i also dont know come from where and what trigger it. Now after back to office liao and use car everyday, this sound no more liao?! 😅 So i suspect maybe due to car seldom use?

Probably tyre flat-spotting.

Flat spots from long-term parking and storage

It’s not uncommon for some of us to leave our cars parked for long stretches spanning days, weeks – sometimes even months. If you’re one of these people, you may notice a slight ride disturbance or vibration the first time you drive the car, but it will usually disappear after a few miles of driving.

This phenomenon is known as flat-spotting, a condition that occurs when a tire has been stationary under vehicle load for a prolonged period.

i dont see any regulation that prohibits OPC as a PHV. but whether Grab or gojek allows a OPC to drive for them is a different story.

Sorry...

Maybe I was given wrong info by my friend.

Cos I enquire about registering my previous OPC Vezel for fun from my dealer friend and he told me

OPC cannot register as a PHV (Z10).

Thanks for the clarification.
