At least in malaysia, swift action was taken by the police. Express service, straightaway arrest, brought to court and fined, even have to pay the damages to the victim's car.

Over here in SG, if there is no injury to the victim, very likely the victim will only be advised to file a magistrate's complaint if he wishes to recover the cost of damages to the car.

That's why this HR manager so brazenly kick the other car and spit on the driver - but notice despite the apparent anger and violent actions, he never laid a hand on the other driver. Probably thought he could get away with it, but didn't know it's a different story in malaysia.

Singapore's Roads are getting more & more Dangerous,even Green Man,We saw so many Drivers beat Red Light,while People are Crossing,the best still look at the Direction & take note Cars got stop or not.?Even the Driver kill us,only Jailed for 5-6 Months..not worth the Risk.

Yes. But on the other hand, I also see more and more people crossing the road like the road belongs to them (not mandated pedestrian crossing). They don't even give a damn if the car is approaching them, they just continue crossing and expect the car to brake for them.

And really lenient punishments even if you kill or severely injure someone. Latest parliament just removed the mandatory minimum sentence and allows prosecution to reduce charges to hurt even when grievous hurt is caused. What does it say to all those reckless drivers out there?

Agreed,this Morning then i met a Dickhead,Upp East Coast Rd turning to Bedok South Ave 1 towards ECP..This Dickhead Red Man Crossed the Road,horned at Him,still point Middle Finger at me..hope 1 Day He meet a Lorry & crush him.

i have encountered the same with an elderly cyclist before somewhere in Haig Rd too. I am not sure if my curse is strong enough so far. 😁

HR Manager with no linkedin profile at all. Even I as a small small fry has a linkedin profile, although very lacklustre.
