Pay for petrol cost in 1 month already nose-bleed At least in malaysia, swift action was taken by the police. Express service, straightaway arrest, brought to court and fined, even have to pay the damages to the victim's car. Over here in SG, if there is no injury to the victim, very likely the victim will only be advised to file a magistrate's complaint if he wishes to recover the cost of damages to the car. That's why this HR manager so brazenly kick the other car and spit on the driver - but notice despite the apparent anger and violent actions, he never laid a hand on the other driver. Probably thought he could get away with it, but didn't know it's a different story in malaysia. Yes. But on the other hand, I also see more and more people crossing the road like the road belongs to them (not mandated pedestrian crossing). They don't even give a damn if the car is approaching them, they just continue crossing and expect the car to brake for them.
