Hi All Bought a WISH from BM recently, and asked the SE not to install the Toyota Brand 2DIN Audio on my ride so that I can install a DVD Audio without the need to replace it. Thus, would like to sell away the Toyota Brand Audio 2DIN SCD. Its brand new and carton box not even open yet. This is exactly the same audio you can find in current Vios, Corolla LX grade, Wish standard grade that are from BM. Looking to sell at $150SGD, call me at 8198 4612. I opted out of KAH Motors Alpine 2DIN HU for Jazz, and seriously considering installing a Pioneer 2DIN HU model FH P6050UB. A shop (Audio Concepts) at Defu quoted me $490 inclusive installation. Other shops range from $445 (Far East) to $475 (AutoBacs) inclusive labour. Is this a reasonable good HU? I find the main toggle dial kindof flimsy. Should i also install rear speakers (car only comes with front speakers) Any advicerecommendations are highly welcome. My budget is around $480. Thanks!

I'm looking for a 2DIN Touchscreen HU to fit my ride's unique front dash structure. If I put in the usual standard 2DIN HU, it will stick out about 3/4 inch due to the obstructing metal frame structure behind. I believe the reason for the depth of most HU is governed by the need for space by the inbuilt DVD/CD drive. Thus, can anyone recommend me a 2DIN touch screen HU that does not have DVD/CD drive(therefore shallower). I'm intending to integrate it with my car's stock integrated HU and sound system. thanks!

Hi, I just booked a Civic FD4 and requested for the SE not to install my single din HU. Any recommendation of a good 2din-HU for my FD4? (Hopefully something that will blend in nicely as I ever saw an axio with a 2 din HU that protrude out slightly.. looks awful) Thanks!

Need some advice from the bros here on market rate so won't kanna carrot, Assuming I buy a 1DIN HU (probably Pioneer 8850) cash n carry, 1. How much would it generally cost to install, my stock is 2DIN ? 2. When they install, do they convert the spare slot into place to put things? 3. My telescopic type metal antenna will automatically extend once I on my stock unit regardless of radio or CD. I have a spare button on dash, can installer configure such that I can use this spare button to control the antenna? 4. Spare button cannot be depress currently. If no.3 can be done, does it mean that I should go back to dealer and get some relay or switch to place behind this spare button? Thanks

Dear ice gurus, I'm looking for 2DIN players (don't want to see an extra hole beneath 1DIN player, although is useful to hold my HP and other stuff). Was at a audio shop yesterday... and come across this... was quoted for trade-in price of $420 for export set and $500 for local set, both comes with installation and wiring. Think the one I saw is silver in colour... anyway... how do you guys find this player? Is the price he quote reasonable? or this (was quoted about $600+ with trade-in), but this is too expensive for my budget

Is it worth buying the 2nd hand Alpine HU from Odeyssey Car? Price about S$350 2DIN. What thing I need to check for 2nd hand unit? I looking for IPOD ready and a shop recommended me to buy the above if i don't want to spend too much. I am using stock HU without any ICe setup yet. I want to listen to IPOD for now and have no intention to upgrade my setup yet. I may prolly upgrade like 6 - 10 mths or a year later.
