  1. A man has been video-ed down by a passerby around Block 409 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3 on the 29th of Sept 2020 brandishing a knife in a carpark. Someway into the video posted by ROADS.sg, we can see that the guy with knife, suddenly slashing himself on his own forearm after shouting at the other guy who was holding a pipe or something similar. Upon seeing the man with the knife slashing himself, the other man dropped his weapon and tried to stop him from causing more hurt. Based on what netizens from various sources wrote, the man who tried to stop the guy with the knife happened to be just a brave passerby. Police are aware of this case and investigations are ongoing. It is unknown how the lady who had blood on her face is related to the case.

  4. STOMP Police car crashes into rubbish dump at Choa Chu Kang
  5. http://www.straitstimes.com/BreakingNews/S...ory_677946.html READERS of citizen journalism site STOMP reported and shared pictures of floods at blocks in Jurong and Choa Chu Kang late on Wednesday after a heavy downpour. The National Environment Agency had earlier issued a heavy rain warning about showers between 11.10pm and 12.10am. At least two HDB blocks in western Singapore were affected. One STOMP user, FloodLAH, said the multi-purpose hall at Blk 297, Choa Chu Kang Ave 2, was flooded. 'The water was about ankle-deep,' the user said. Another STOMP user, a resident of Blk 221A in Jurong East Street 21, said the water makes it difficult to locate the drains. 'Metal covers are not installed over the drains near the flooding area and the muddy water makes it difficult to see and locate the drains,' the STOMP user said.
  6. For the past years had been visiting CCK Cemetery either during weekday or early Sat morning (before 7am) and traffic were OK except sometime certain stretch of 'paths' in the cemetery will be reversed. So, do not depend too much on the actual road directory. What do you think traffic will be like this Sunday (before 7am) ?
  7. Must reach work place before 8am KJE - BKE - PIE seems to be the most direct way but my friend told me PIE every morning Jam Any drivers frequent PIE in the morning? I dont mind reaching office earlier than 8am if i can avoid the jam at PIE or is there another alt way ? KJE - BKE - SLE - TPE?
  8. Just finished field work with my colleague at choa chu kang, head back office in the east So he took KJE towards TPE, crazy Farker hit 170km/hr in his lowered, slightly modded White vios, similar to the picture attached! Lost my balls once I step into his car! Still trying to find it! Think vios no matter how lowered or soup up, it's not meant to do 170, honestly, it felt like 270km/hr, as if taking off into the air! Told him to slow down and fark him up, all due respect to all 22 year old drivers out there, but 22 year old is young, dumb and full of cum. I mean I was like that too, at that age I was creating so much havoc with my ZXR. Old fark like me cannot take it, please....to all vios drivers, dont try, it's not worth it.
  9. This could be totally irrelevant but really need advise as am a new car driver and not familiar with roads. Real stressful on the roads man
