I have this little bump at the tip of my nose for years already and plan to have it removed so seeking some recommendations as to whether to seek a cosmetic surgeon or any other alternatives. Its not a mole but more like excess flesh like a pimple at the tip of the nose. If cosmetic surgery, would anyone have any recommended clinic or hospital for it and what kind of budget am I looking at? Thanks

Filipino businesswoman dies after multiple cosmetic surgeries in one session An attractive 29-year-old Filipino businesswoman, who underwent multiple plastic surgeries in one go, died after the procedures on Sunday (March 26). The Philippine Star reported that Shiryl Saturnino went under the knife for breast and butt enhancement as well as liposuction at a clinic in Mandaluyong City, east of Manila. The series of procedures began after her arrival at the clinic at 5pm on Saturday and ended only at 2.40am the next day. After the operation, the doctors discovered that Saturnino's heart had stopped beating. After attempts to revive her failed, the doctors sought the assistance of Makati Medical Center. But it was too late - she was declared dead at around 3.21am. Authorities are awaiting autopsy results to determine the cause of death and will investigate whether there was negligence by the doctors during the operation, reported Kami.com The legal counsel of Icon Clinic told Inquirer.net in a statement that Saturnino was a "valued and regular patient whom we took care of for many years". "Right now, there is an ongoing investigation on what really caused the passing of Ms. Saturnino. It is our responsibility to inform the public about the truth and we are fully cooperating with the investigation," said lawyer Estelita Cordero. The clinic said it is "extending full support" to her family in their time of grief. However, it will remain "fully operational" while helping in investigation. Meanwhile news of her untimely death has set social media abuzz, sparking debate on the obsession with looking good and whether there was negligence. As netizens expressed their condolences, some also had spiritual reminders. "Beauty is not a passport" to heaven, said one of them. Over in America, authorities are also investigating the death of a 25-year-old Missouri woman who died after undergoing a cosmetic procedure known as a Brazilian butt lift at a Miami-area clinic. Dear all, I would like to know is there any online shop or service that would be cheaper to toyota accessories example window visor and so on. Since it is made in Thailand is there such online shop? Hi Guys, As some of you may know my cheapo car got into a major scratch by a freak a couple of weeks back. Have been around the forums, work shops seeking price checks on the re-spraying. So far it is in the 1.3k range which I guess is a little on the high side. But question is usually for such respray, how many layers do they do? Guys with trustworthy work shops, pls do share with me. Due to external re-spray I am thinking to do some interior refresh look also. Carbon Wrap for Interior Just thinking on the 4 Side passenger location where you access to open the windows. Not sure what is the correct name. Also on the front panel which houses the headunit and air con switches. Any rough cost estimation on this? Dear fellow Forumers: Would like to engage your help. I'm currently driving a 1.6L '06 Toyota Altis (G9.5), the Gear for my model has a Shift Knob and an Overdrive Button on the Gearstick. For the 1.8L variant, they get the fanciful shift gears instead. Due to the limitations on the 1.6L Gearbox, we are unable to do direct changes to our gear knobs, but I've heard that it can be done by having a separate button for the Overdrive and doing some modifications (considered more on cosmetic) so that we can change our gear stick and knob. I've even seen a successful case of a complete change to the 1.8L type of Gear Shift, but it's just a cosmetic mod, not a gearbox change. Some diy work on the lightings. Note they are not dark tint but spray black on some parts of the interior...keeping the outer lamp cover clear.....wondering if tis offending to the white ants.

Does "muffler" refer to those tailpipe-like things that can be found at most car accessories stores? If so, is that the thing to change if I'm just looking to get a deep sound, but not looking to alter performance? If it is, any recommendations for a legal one that can achieve above effect? I don't want to lose low-end torque in the process, if that's avoidable. Pls advise! Thanks. P/S: I searched and have no idea what straight through, etc, are.

got quite a few friends around me eyeing the altis.. going for slightly above 71k now... anyway besides e paper specs... how do i differentiate an altis from a older G9??? anyone care to tell?? not really a toyota fan here.... rgds ethan
