As above. usually felt spc a bit bolat, but as petrol was running low, went to spc station and pump $30 first of 95. surprisingly my 1.4 T car seems to have a slightly more responsive feel thereafter dont know if its me or that spc decided to put some good stuff in (at least for the initial branding campaign) anyway with 15% discount, not too bad for value too. any feedback ?

Saw a super black car on the highway today. Looks almost like a toy car from far. For comparison, Black metallic cars look black. Black matt cars look very black. This one is super black! Going closer then I realise that its a car with black felt sticker! First time seeing. I wonder what happens when bird shit drops on it.

2013 looks nicer and the interior is no longer plastic plastic .

when i drive my current ride....i can feel the significant road vibrations in the car when i am at the driver's seat. i had changed the tyres, shock absorbers and engine mountings recently. yet these vibrations are still felt in the driver's seat. in the other seats, its not so obvious. i had put the gearbox in neutral while the car is moving, and the vibrations are still transmitted to the driver's seat, so its not a gearbox or gearbox mounting problem. i had not felt this in my previous cars before...and i've sat in friends' cars of the same make and model, and they do not have this problem. anybody know what is the cause of this? bushings? wheel bearing?

1. Booked my car in Jan 2010 during Borneo Motor CNY sale under the classic non gaurantee COE package 2. Price was heavily discounted by $6K as part of the CNY special 3. At the point of booking, I was told by the SE, the promotion has been very successful and all the cars were sold out. New shipment will take 3 months to arrive, I accepted it. 4. At the point of booking, Was advised by SE don't need to waste $1000 more on gauranteed COE package. Borneo has never fail to secure COE 5. Since Jan to Mar there have been 6 biddings, 2 biddings per month, Borneo Motors have NEVER attempt to submit a bid for any of the past 5 bidding exercises 6. Each time I call the SE to question them, why they didn't bid for me, the reason was Borneo is a large player and they must try to space out the COE bidding according to car shipment schedule otherwise COE will shoot up sky high. This is a strategy. SE said Borneo won't bid so early because my car is not here yet. 7. Subsequently SE said Borneo has the right to decide when to bid, whether to bid, what price to bid as per contract 8. They took my deposit and then did nothing to secure the COE for the past 5 biddings 9. Today 24 Mar, they put in a bid at $26K and was out bid. They did not make revision to the bid. 10. Prices have already gone up since the point of purchase in Jan 11. Past 5 biddings, COE was at around $20K they choose not to bid and waited until the final last bidding then s--t hit the fan. 12. What can I do? Complaint to CASE, which is probably useless anyway? My point is, had I not booked a car with them, I could have bought another car in Jan/Feb when prices were still lower compared to the present price. However they took my deposit, locked me into a 3mths or 6 bids contract and sat on it, I now ended up without a car and have to pay a higher price to purchase another car because prices have since moved upward SE said I'm not the only one. They've many customers in the same boat. Anyone out there in the same situation?

Hi all MCF shifus,I need some advice from you guys badly.Below is my unfortunate encounter. On 13/8/2007, at about 1000hrs,I proceeded to my car to do some minor touching up as it was being scratched. After having done that, I then proceeded on my way to the nearby Gek Poh Shopping Ctr to buy the day news and some foodstuff. I walked along the MSCP where my car was parked. I was proceeding towards the SC and was about to cross the road. At this junction,a chinese man dressed in office attire suddenly held my hand and stopped me. He then said the following: "Hello, you stop there, don't go, I'm going to call the police. You walked past my car and you scratched my car." I was totally taken aback. I then replied : "Hello, Mr, what are you talking about? I don't understand you at all. What do you mean by "I walked past your car, I scratched your car." He then said :"I saw you walked past my car, I heard a screeching sound and then my car got a long scratch mark, I was behind you." I replied :" Mr, you better know what you're talking about, You better got evidence and you better know what you're talking about." At this point, I was totally blurred. The chinese man then said :" You go see my car, you take out your keys." I replied:" Why should I take out my keys? I then followed him to his car, there was a long and very deep scratch on his car, I was totally shocked. I then looked at the damage and told him :" Mr, this is a very long and deep scratch, there is nothing with me right now that could possibly inflict such damage to your car. He then said :" No, I don't care, I'm going to call the police. I told him:" Fine, if you so wish, then go ahead. I then call my wife to proceed to the MSCP to be along with me. The police came, the chinese man told the police what happened. The male sgt then serach my pouch that I was carrying at that time, he inspected all my keys but could not find any black paint dust on their tip (in fact all my keys were very old and blurt) and the sharpest object I have is but a spectacles screwdriver. I told the police that I really did not scratch his car and there is nothing on me that could possibly leave such a damage. While the man is recording his stt with the female police sgt,my wife heard him saying that he was back from work at about 0530hrs and would leave about 1000hrs to work again.My wife's temper wasn't so good as mine and she gave the bugger a piece of her mind :"Hello, Mr, do you know that many things could have happened beteen that time and he cannot simply accused me of doing that to his car merely because I walked past his car. (I didn't really noticed that scratch on his car when I walked past it,think I was searching whether did I bring my wallet inside my pouch) My wife then overheard him telling the female police sgt that "It's all a misunderstanding". At this point in time, I suspect that he knew that the scratch was done much earlier, waiting for a scapegoat like me to walk past,then all throw onto my account.My wife told me confirmed he's putting the damage all on your account lah, just because you walked past his car!!! I really cannot believe such a thing can happened to me. In fact the male sgt told me, "Mr, in life this always happens, pple mistakes others. Now the boiling question is I will wait for investigation to be complete first, then I will take legal action against him. I'm no something famous/impt,but this is too much.I want to know what can I sue him for? Can it be Public Embrassment? Unnecessary duress? Anxiety caused to me and my family Defamation Kindly advice? After test driving the Superb 2x, despite all the goodies as descr. in other threads, deep in my heart i felt something missing comparing to my current ride, 2003 impreza ts Slowly i start to realise.. the missing part: - noise.. my current ride is quite noisy, from engine as well as from tyre. a colleague said its like in a tank but hey.. i kinda liked it, boxer engine sounds shiok..(sound only..but no power..) now.. in spb.. this seems to have been gone.. actually felt a sense of loss.. - road bumps spb of course absorbs the pimples and potholes of the roads much better.. i felt strange with the tranquility on my butt - drive and steering feel somehow felt different.. the feedback on the steering wheel seems lesser than the impreza.. - driving in the wet corning in spb on dry dn't really feel any diff with my impreza (ok.. perhaps haven't really pushed on spb) i've gone through big pools of water in my 1992 sunny b13 before and it fish tailed; the impreza, swee swee plough through (but felt resistance from the water). but how about spb? i haven't tested spb in wet conditions.. not sure how u guys feel having a spirited drive in wet.. perhaps i'm feeling insecure without the awd i'm having with my impreza.. anyway, i still got a good 3-6 months before changing car.. can still think..

Hi Would like to check with all bros wat could be the prob if I could felt the engine vibration with my 5 months old Cerato? Initially the engine is so silent that i dun know if i have cranked it. jemjem
