  1. Hi, Planning to reno my home and change all the windows. Old HDB flat, no extend ledge on top, thus have to close window whenever rain. (my room facing E'way) Having top-hung window, they say at least got ventilation when heavy rain have to close all other windows but I don't feel the different. Worst, cleaning the window more leceh compare to cleaning one whole piece...

  6. Looking for an small to mid size MPV with sliding doors. The likes of previa and pressage are out due to budget. Looking at the following. Small 1. Toyota Sienta 2. Honda freed Mid size 1. Toyota ISIS 2. Mazda 5 3. Nissan Lafesta 4. Honda Stepwagon Leaning towards more the mid size due to space and not much more money. Of course FC is a concern, so stepwagon might be out, but then it seems to drive quite well. Would like to seek comments.
  7. I am driving a Toyota Isis which comes with an auto sliding door. Recently, at stationary position, the door check light blinks even though all the doors have been closed properly. It only disappears when the vehicle moves off but at the same time, there is a double locking sound coming from the auto door, which has not happened previously. Is there any workshop in the Yishun or Woodlands area which could diagnose and repair such a problem? Appreciate any recommendations. Thanks in advance.
  8. Hi all, I am on the verge of replacing my Picnic that is around 5 months away from its 5th birthday. Would appreciate if fellow bros/sis can help advise the available choices with the following criteria: 1) Budget of <= S$100k (minimal loan <$40k) 2) Sliding doors (at least one powered) 3) FC >= 9KM/L (My Picnic is only ~8KM/L with 60%/40% city/highway driving) 4) Option for moon roof (wife wants it..) 5) Ample boot space when all seats are used Thanks!
