Maybank uses the same old gimmick again:

MaybankDeposit bundle promotion20,000999,9990123.9000%31-Mar-2023For every $1k deposited into selected current/savings accounts (minimum $2k), deposit $10k into deposit bundle promotion (minimum $20k) @3.9% for 12 months is not attractive at all.

Haha, though never say never, too big to fail, so far ever hear of any bank in SG collapse? my FDs all above 75k spread across diff banks more due to the rates, no worries! As mentioned prior, no lock in FD also still put inside bank. 🤣

Maybank 12mths 3.9% very good already, many banks either remove longer term or have reduce rates. 😉

Haha, i did the 3.9 no bundle few months back, current one with bundle is marketing gimmick- eg: 10+100k around 3.55, after upfront int 3.67, still decent for FD considering some banks totally removed the 12mth tenure.

OCBC only 6mths 3.5 - https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/deposits/fixed-deposit-account

UOB 6 or 10mths 3.55 - https://www.uob.com.sg/personal/save/fixed-deposits/singapore-dollar-fixed-deposit.page

Or just go for RHB or HL still 3.9 (75k) 😉

Looks like a clickbait just to get fresh funds  for 6 months and after that back to square 1 again
