STOMPer Shamim was tickled by the sight of this newspaper-covered car at the PSA building carpark this morning.

 

It appears the owner of this car had stuck pages from the newspaper all over his car.

 

Not sure what to think, Shamim says:

 

"I saw this car at PSA carpark.

 

"It was so funny that he put newspapers all over his car".

Doesn't look like a hurried job, so it is probably not a prank. My guess, owner may be going overseas for a little while. Either that or does not have season parking/valid road tax and didn't want wardens to know.
