Migrated to HK?

Not exactly. At least not yet. I have to stay 7 years to be considered for permanent residency. 5 years right now.

I should add, I will very likely return because my boys will have to serve NS. At this point of time, they cannot avoid unless something happen in the future.

Thailand, Malaysia or Batam. Reastaurant, Food Court or Hawker Centre. [:p]

Thanks for sharing.

Now will have a better idea when I plan to migrate in future.

Is there a list for non western countries as well?

There should be some Asian countries as attractive to migrate as western countries.

Please share. Thanks. [thumbsup]

So how are your migration plans?

If you come back for the 2 years and go back to HK, do you have to restart to live another 7 years in HK to get the PR? Or just continue the years that you have left?

But why HK? It is almost like Singapore.

If I come back to Singapore for an extended period before I get the HK PR, then it will start again.

Chose HK for personal reasons.

Good you made the bold move, man.

The problems you listed in your first post 6 years ago is still very relevant today.

I read your first post . Why hk? Isn’t Hong Kong worse than Singapore for housing?
