I am very sensitive to pain

a little bit of pain can affect me badly

not only pain actually, but all the 5 senses

I am very sensitive in sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste

don't know what kind of species I am

strangely I don't have the sixth sense

otherwise I'll work as tangki (traditional Chinese spirit medium)  when I retired 😁

Then if Wife beat you..you sure shout "Tolong Tolong"..

You need to work / train your other muscles to support your back ….

go try reformer pilates… really one of the best way that solved my back , shoulder spasm and pain issue ..

Go find a proper instructor , take those 1 to 1 lesson 2 to 3 times a week for 3 months , confirm simi pain or aches all gone lo

otherwise it will affect the quality and the planning of my life in a big way

things that I wanted to do in the next 10 years require some healthy physique

yeah, those lousy one (my GP) I need to comfort him during the process

relax, take your time, take a deep breath, we can make it, last time you can, this one you can do it too 😁

my worse experience was in ICU

the young angmo doctor trying to insert a big needle into my wrist artery

for real time blood pressure monitoring I think

no anaesthesia, raw insertion

I struggled badly

fresh bright red blood spraying everywhere

he also angry, asking me to cooperate otherwise I will suffer more

then he tried again on the other wrist

it was hell, for someone who has very low pain threshold like me

You might want to take an antacid (likely) with this .... should taper it off after a day or 2 (depends on docs advice)...... with Anarax after 2 days (like panadol cocktail 80mg and a muscle relaxant)

I always find most doctors not very good in needles. They poor in drawing blood and insert needle into veins. This is what i had experienced with doctors so far. 😅

I totally agree

best are foreign nurses,

swift, decisive, almost painless

I always wanted to tip them for the skill

worst are local lao nurse, followed by the doctors

lao nurse even blame your veins too small too deep, not their own skill

Yup, most lower back pain will go away after a while (maybe with help from Arcoxia and Pregabalin), if it doesn't, then next will be escalation to orthopedic + physio.
