Sounds as screwed up as Thai Airways and MH. Scoot suddenly looks well managed....lol

 

What's wrong with Thai Airways?

 

They have uber cheap flights to europe - i almost booked with them.

I've flown Thai biz a few times incl to Europe. Inconsistent is probably the easiest way to describe it. Customer service recovery is also non existent. Sawadee krap

What always amazes me is how much cheaper flights are from LHR to Changi return than when booking Changi to LHR return.  That's for any air;line.

The Scoot spokesman said: "Safety is of utmost priority to Scoot, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers' travel plans."

Do they have Humanity factored in ?? 

I think only retirees/ or people with leave bufffer should should fly scoot 

 

 

Wow.....didn't realise Scoot had 7 major delays in the past 2 months

scoot need to buckle up ...

i suppose no one expect or demand atas service recovery

but any form of service recovery is part and parcel of a business

Its about time they put aircraft maintenance and reliability

 

up there with safety as their utmost priority.

 

There is no rule that say can only have one priority right?

 

You have can many priorities and the best thing for safety

 

is well maintained and reliable aircraft.

 

How safe can your planes be if they are not well maintained

 

and reliable?

 

If your planes keep breaking down then safety is NOT your

 

utmost priority.

 

Its a just a BS statement. Cannot be safe let alone very safe

 

when so many flights cannot take off right?

If you are a young lady and come to my massage parlour

 

you will hear cleanliness is is my utmost priority.

 

The first towel I take and check its dirty, I throw it into the bin

 

and tell you cleanliness is is my utmost priority.

I take my tenth towel and at last I found a clean one.
 
With so many dirty towels do you really think

There is no one in the world with a better nose for BS than me.

 

If you are going into a meeting to make a million dollar deal then

 

you should hire me. Let the other party make their pitch and at the end

 

if its BS and you will lose money I will always tell you.  [thumbsup]

Scoot is a budget airlines.

 

If you book budget, always be prepare for delay or flight cancellation

 

It is not like everyday their flights delay or cancel.

The writer keep comparing to SQ for what?

 

Pay budget fare but expect premium airline's full service treatment? Sure boh?

 

Scoot's failure boils down to poor communication. Surely it doesn't cost much to post updates on FB or email as basic customer courtesy

ppl like to say pay peanuts get monkeys. Budget is after all Budget but I think this does not give the airline carrier any excuses not to have any proper crisis management/communication. Any firm who does not improve will be left behind. People get sick of such excuses. Scoot is to be a leader amongst the budget airline so there is still certain standard they need to maintain.

Ppl hv short memories. This saga will pass n ppl will pat themselves on the back for flying cheap n still get to their destination.....until another major delay happens. Then kpkb why Scoot not like SQ.

 

But I fully support budget airlines. It keeps full service airlines fares competitive n I can snag a great value fare.
