If Govt current rule stays in 2014 and COE doubled, hopefully COE will drop to $30k to $40k. Mine ride is ending in Nov 2014. So I have to decide to extend another 10 years or replace with a new. Bottomline is $. Second hand car dealers are overcharging before the change of rule. Maybe Govt will ease restrictions when GE 2016 is nearer e.g. 2015.
