Kar_lover Supercharged March 25, 2013 Share March 25, 2013 Yesterday 930pm news have small segment on car leasing. Actually does seem to make sense for those who not enough cash. The reported quoted an example of a Toyota 86 and said the lease will be about $2000/mth. If you take full loan x 10 years, the installment also around there and no need to pay for insurance, servicing and road tax. Best part is after 2 or 3 yrs want to change no need to bother about looking for buyer and taking a loss, etc.

Garyyeo72 Neutral Newbie March 25, 2013 Share March 25, 2013 Reduction of loan quantum and loan amount is a major component determining new car sales. Ihave3Ballz 2nd Gear March 25, 2013 Share March 25, 2013 Doubt COE will go down much or might even go up from the last round. Especially catB. Already know one of my pals went down and booked a BMW. 10yr in hse loan after last round COE. As long as loop hole not plugged, we gonna still see the same COE prices. Once plugged, we gonna see a huge plunge! $30k very likely.
