I am very nice person la, as I understand they are also making a living. So I will not do that, in fact when I free, I may even go down and listen to what they want to say or sell, but no guarantee. Maybe if just so nice I need something than they are lucky.. lor.

Let's have a litttle knowledge about laws 101.

 

The basis for slander/libel is false statement.

 

The basis for punitive damage/compensation is reputation.

 

For eg, if u say or write that I'm a pimp when in fact i'm not. I can sue u even when I'm a nobody. (false statement)

 

if u say/write a minister is a pimp when he is not, he can sue u too. (false statement)

 

Both the commoner and the minister will win the libel/slander case.

 

The only difference is the commoner will only get a 4 or 5 digits compensation compared to the minister who will get a 6 or 7 digits compensation as the minister is more reputable.

 

Therefore, don't think that u can make a false statement about a nobody because he doesn't have a reputation as that is not the basis for libel/slander.

The guy's clearly having some seriously mental/psychology issues, I mean who would go to such extent to setup a blog and think of the most creative insults for every single spam he receive?? So eng? It's like it's becoming a destructive hobby for him.

He/she only irks the majority of people, who could be potential customers.

He is not neutral but has only make enemies.

U r absolutely right. Publicly spamming property agents just because they r earning a living? Its not wise at all. Whats wrong with just usimg the fingers to delete a few messages? If i am one of thosr agents and some losers advertise my numbers like that, i will show him some colours for sure

Early this year, my mum had a heart attack and was admitted to hospital. The hospital will sms me her ward after the operation. I was anxiously waiting for the sms at home, already ard 1+am. I was bathing and heard the sms tone sounded. Rush out n check the sms. Its a farking spam property sms, knn.

 

When u expect an important message to come thru, these spammers makes life frustrating. If I were to fall to get to my phone to check the sms, whose fault?
