After the one year is up, they closed the company. You have no legal means to pursue . Plus warranty period is ONE year. LL suck thumb... Wah.. Sound like my usa supplier. Once project over, they liquidate their company... I cannot chase damages from manufacturer, but have to go pursue the seller's sub-contractor?? what logic is this?? Nowadays products' quality are getting more and more sloppy. The products that my company sell from reputable brands in UK and USA standard also dropping. The brands are not willing to adsorb the freight cost for warranty also. Making it very tough for us as we have to adsorb. I guess if the scale goes bigger, many resellers also have it tough if the manufacturer don't want support. Better get from China since quality about the same and cost of the product from China so cheap that 1 to 1 exchange not much loss.
