25岁准新娘花158万元购买阁楼执行共管公寓，岂料厨房“无窗”遮掩，雨天酿水患，担心新房“泡汤”。

 

准新娘的母亲谢梅英（55岁，补习老师）代为受访时告诉记者，25岁的女儿2012年买下实龙岗北执行共管公寓鹭鸶苑（Heron Bay）的阁楼单位，内有四个房间的单位要价158万元。

 

谢梅英透露，女儿定在下个月结婚，去年11月拿了钥匙，原本打算去年底迁居入伙，如今却担心新家会“泡汤”。

 

原来，去年圣诞前夕一场大雨之后，这对准新人发现，厨房积水淹至客厅，因为单位的厨房没有窗户。

Small family - stay in the studio side and rent out the big side

Big family - Stay in the bigger side and rent out the 2 bedder studio

Went to one of the EC which TOP in 2015. Honestly HDB finishing is as good and maybe better.
