I was planning to join the queue, drove to Harbourfront around 2pm and was queueing to enter the carpark, when I saw the throngs of people at Level 1 of Harbourfront Centre and Tower 1. I was planning to join the queue, drove to Harbourfront around 2pm and was queueing to enter the carpark, when I saw the throngs of people at Level 1 of Harbourfront Centre and Tower 1.
