Dunno why he can't go behind me. You can see how everyone else at leisure pace already cross, giving an idea of how much time has elapsed. In fact, it may have already become red man when he started his dash. Unfortunately I wasn't able to capture whether that was the case. I hope for his own good he don't do this every day. It is exactly the same situation that had to take note of thone on electric scooter, bicycle etc.. that come a much faster speed... when you already check clear. Next moment they suddenly appear.
