I guess if he can't control his anger then he has to face the consequences. If the person who took the vid did not post this, the outcome will still be the same since he already plucked off the taxi's wipers. Taxi should have dashcam also anyway. That one is asking for compensation for those stuff they suffered cuz of the accident. Can claim quite a large amount from there.
