Man Utd have a fantastic manager.

He is playing football the right way.

He applies the right kind of tactics and motivation.

Not a surprise really.

He grew up watching Liverpool.

I don't thnk Man City are playing badly at all.

It's just that teams now know if they attack City they can win.

Last season teams were beaten even before the first ball was kicked.

Instead of attacking they sat back and got pinned back further and further until until they let in a goal.

Then one goal lead to two, three and four.

Now teams know if you attack you can score and you can win.

The belief is now there.

Pool on course for EPL record pts tally at this rate but as we all know 2nd half of season is tough with FA cup n UCL k/o games in the mix. Injuries n suspensions also having a part to play.

Abit surprised at City’s mini collapse of 2 defeats esp after taking the lead in each of the 2 games. Spurs going strong n their no draws at half way point is unique but their 15 wins propels then to 2nd despite having the most defeats amongst the top 5 n goes to show draws are wasteful.

What a December for City to forget... Before i left for vacation on 5 Dec, City was sitting comfortably on top of the league. Since then, they have lost 3 league matches. More importantly, they have lost their aura of invincibility, and teams are more daring to attack them.

The loss in form and probably confidence means that once the opponents smell blood, City's defence is ill-equipped to cope - simply because they are not used to having to defend much.

Hope Pool's form and fortune continues, and if they can get another 6 points from the next 2 games, then the belief should grow.

waa Pool huat ah... MU also playing well so far

i bet on man u in the top 4 fight .

and having a real chance or getting past PSG.

PSG manager must be cursing their luck.

but this 2 wins is against smaller teams, ( which they suppose to win )

can say solskjaer is lucky with the fixture when he come in

Pep and City misses Jose Mourinho.... :a-fun:

After Jose was sacked, City started losing games.

Pep must be thinking wah piang good life,... get sacked but still get paid.

Might as well lose games to get the sack.. then receive the fat payout :)

After Jose was sacked, City started losing games.

instead of getting proper cover and replacement for Fernandinho.

they go for 1 more attacking winger...........

City have won 71.3 per cent of games with Fernandinho, and 59.3 per cent without him.

6 pts lead at the top.

hard to imagine pools throwing away the title now..

Er, 19 games gone. 19 more to go. Thats 57 points on the table. Battle only half won doesn't mean anything at all.

Klopp had said during his first press conference in 2015 when he was announced as manager of Liverpool.

He wanted to turn all doubters to believers .... :yuush:

They did try get Jorginho but he went Chelsea instead. Anyway Jorginho is not as solid defensively as Fernandinho. Offensively, Jorginho can match Fernandinho IMO.

The latest rumour is Frankie De Jong from Ajax but just read Barca is the favourites to sign him.

Well. Man citech buys and buy.... they dun coach.

Have any of the citch signings really improved after joining them. Prob a small number only. Most r already big established names b4 they join citeh.

Pool did improve some of its existing players like salah. Robertson and firmino. They were good but they r coached to be world class now.

Spurs. Hmm. Classic. If sissoko can turn frm a donkey to a footballer now. And trippier. Etc.
