Could have, should have, would have.....the Judge should just ask for psychiatric assessment for a definitive answer if her behaviour has been medically proven to be affected by the tumour.

if don't have such evidence, the mitigation should be redacted and thrown out of the court.

like that also can pass....I also can be defence lawyer lor 😁

Though  the caption mentioned local but i think unlikely local because they can't be so naive,  basically the body language says "come, please robe me"..

Not necessary naive, it is something unexpected especially when you are getting tired.

The difference or similarity is one feels untouchable and entitled to be riding freely (standing conveniently) on the road...

I think you misinterpreted the headlines.

This is likely HK news (traditional chinese words) .  They talk about 内地女,mainland Chinese lady, robbed by motorbike gang while on holiday in Bangkok.

In Sg, it is NOT entitled.

It is mandatory to ride on the road under Road Traffic Act which is in effect way longer than AMA.

Am sure it is not mandatory to choose bicycle riding as sports/recreation/excercise...

I can suggest running or swimming as exercise that do not pose danger to oneself and inconvenience others.....if really insist on pedalling, a static cycling machine is also readily available.
