Out of 20, likely 12 got caught for breaking the populist rule.

The gap btw groups has to be 30m which is about 7 cars length.

On weekends, there will be multiple groups in popular road like Mandai.

no lah....the officers need the exercise too....so the whole operation is for fun! go out, do some exercise, sweat a bit, come back and eat and sit in air con room to cool down.....COB, go home....
