Those with driving license, deduct 12 demerit points from their driving license.

i don't think it can be a considered f populist rule when majority of the road users just want them banned from the roads. period.

1st lane supposedly only for overtaking right...  Some will still hog at 80km/h...

We will meet all kinds of motorist ....

Also all kind of cyclist....

But terror type now are PMA riders who not really physically handicapped + teenage Ebikers😅

How do we differentiate between road going and non-road going?

So far, I have not see anyone agreeing to this recommendation.
Bunching up is not an offense as the gap btw each groups is NOT mandatory.

if you are riding on the road, you are road going.

you ride in PCN, you are non-road going.

as long as you are caught on the road riding a non-registered bike by the occasional enforcement, your $20k carbon bike gets chong gong and pay fine of $5K.

next time it happens, new bike chong gong again and fine goes up to $10K.

It protects all road users including pedestrians.
