I am obviously not a cyclist, so humour me with my noob question.....

Will skills and confidence help the drafter stop in time when the lorry/bus e-brake?

As I said earlier, it is stupid to draft lorry or bus.

Unless it is motor pacing

@inlinesix Wow....Interesting topic. Want to ride far ride together. Wan to ride fast, ride alone.

90km at avg of 30kmh (3hrs of below) is do-able both on road bike and Tribike.

If you want to ride fast, train with the faster. Expect to be dropped 2 to 3 rides. it will definitely improve after the 3rd ride. But the rider must put in effort to chase and draft. Of course attendance for rides must be consistent too.

I have been consistently doing Group Ride twice a week.

Doing my part by being the train head.

I thought of moving to the next group, 32km/h.

Wow...Being a wind breaker is never an easy job. Kudos to you.

Rotation might be a better way so that everyone helps to pull the train.

At times, it is good to be promoted to a faster 'train' and draft behind to train up your endurance.

Going fast and sustaining the speed requires endurance. In hokkien is 'Thong'

Climbing requires strength.

Both requires strong cadiovascular endurance.

For club ride, each of us has to take turns pulling the peloton.

Even female has to do it.

Not many long climb here to do endurance ride.
