Jamesc Hypersonic January 2, 2019 Share January 2, 2019 2018 I achieved all my objectives. The ultimate one was my round the world trip. 2019 other than the standard try to lose weight I got two resolutions. Will do one or the other but unlikely to do both. 1) Trade in my Hyundai Accent for that Honda City 2) Find a village girl to marry Let's see by Dec 2019 what I post So car you want city type but girl you want village type.

DACH Supersonic January 2, 2019 Share January 2, 2019 Think you are skipping NY resolution every year lo. Follow what you want to do. Most people cannot follow what New Year Resolution anyway. https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/why-new-years-resolutions-dont-work_us_5a442db2e4b06cd2bd03ddfd As a matter of fact according to a study by The University of Scranton’s Journal of Clinical Psychology, only 39% of people in their twenties achieve their resolution goals each year. And the number keeps decreasing with age. By the time you are in your fifties only 14% of people achieve their resolution goals each year. So why is this? Well there are a few reasons: We bite off big chunks that aren’t realistic. Essentially we go from doing nothing to saying we will do everything. We make commitments based on other people’s expectations. We worry too much of what other people are thinking instead of asking ourselves, what will make “me” happy? We don’t have the right mindset. We have not made that internal shift.
