agree lah. out of panic, one would likely be

1. swinging to the left, hit the cyclist.

2. swinging to the right, hit a car

3. e brake, cause a chain accident.

it is either one of the scenario. what else  do we expect the lorryman to do?

 

Later cyclist use the same excuse. He felt something creeping up too close to him turned around swinging his arm for balance but lorry was way too close so accidentally hit his wing mirror.

he can say his wind screen got hit and he lost control of his steering when he got panic.

cyclist by swerving and not running the reckless

The lorry driver didn't retaliate. Instead he reacted like everyone..shock..sway to onside when in another accident.

 

If I am the lorry logitic manager I would advise him to report that way. let the insurance company handle.

Something flew at the windscreen of the lorry

 

and shocked the poor lorry driver who

 

accidentally knocked into the cyclist who

 

was riding too far on the right of the road.

 

I hope the cyclist is not too badly injured

 

but luckily no sign of brain to damaged at all.
