yes they have a man and a female dancer going from table to table every 30min.

 

surprisingly actually the chilli paste blend well with the peanut butter.

Quite unusual to have xinjiang restaurant here out of china.

 

Some african cultures have whole sheep/lambs with skin on which they hang up on hooks and then they blowtorch and char the skin and partly cook the organs inside the animal.

Then the meat and organs are sold illegally in the UK to african families

It's illegal in UK and they were making documentary on this illegal trade.

Similar to Inner Mongolia. I visited a few years ago. Everything is lamb, lamb. But their BBQ is quite nice.
