So you see the top six keeping a 1+ sec gap from each other. Hamilton was like not pushing the front cars at all even at the end when he was close to Max. Vettel finally won a GP after so long, 392 days. They can't tailgate each other otherwise the car behind will lose front end downforce. ↡ Advertisement
Shibadog Turbocharged September 23, 2019 Share September 23, 2019 1 hour ago, Adrianli said: Yes. Luck was on his side. But look at how he overtook the four “back markers” before Hamilton pitted. Also him holding the pack before each safety car restart. yes Seb drove well on Sunday. Hope this clears the clouds over his head. Just can't help feeling sorry for Charles, who drove exceptionally well on Sat and also followed the plan on Sun. Maybe payback for the previous qualifying fiasco at Monza? Eaststargrouper 1st Gear September 23, 2019 Share September 23, 2019 really cheapo f1 race, drivers and worker risk their life breathing outdoor at psi consistently above unhealthy level for over couples of hours. Equivalent to smoking multiple pack of cigarettes. Not to mention workers and drivers are doing sports meaning heart beating higher than normal rate, increasing the amount of inhalation and lung damage
Spring Moderator September 24, 2019 Share September 24, 2019 Not being following F1 for awhile so not updated and as such I've a few noob questions which I hope the experts here can provide regarding team engines: Red Bull and Torro Rosso use Honda? How come there is an Aston Martin logo on the car, surely not just an advert? Similarly is Alfa Romeo using Ferrari engines? Quite confusing these days when well known brand names like Alfa and Aston Martin using other car engines.

Still find it strange that Alfa uses Ferrari engines n why on earth is Aston Martin advertising on a Red Bull car with a Honda engine! Point I’m trying to make is that F1 is about showcasing your engine capabilities, so if u r not providing the engines; I thought it would be common sense to not get involved at all?
Ichibawa 5th Gear September 24, 2019 Share September 24, 2019 Boring race until the pit stops then boring race again until the chequered flag. Other than the mid field going into each other clumsily, nothing interesting happens. At least last year Godzilla is on the track.

This year a number of IT people were called up and invited to limkopi by HR for IT vendor invite for F1 tickets. Lucky its less then USD250 , else send back to home country. I supposed its a precursor to tell them to be careful."Big Brother asking to watch you" Edited September 25, 2019 by Sdf4786k
theory_87 3rd Gear September 25, 2019 Share September 25, 2019 I bet to defer. This race is interesting if you look from strategist point of view. The dynamic is always swinging. Like when to pit so you can come out of a clear gap, undercut opponents and overcut opponents, tire wear, control the pace of the field.
mersaylee Hypersonic September 25, 2019 Share September 25, 2019 I had the tv tuned in the whole time but I didn’t realise the race had started and ended. My attention was on the tiles to game 7 double... Our race is often about the deployment of safety car...mid field fight sometimes more exciting to watch...
