All the drivers that crash there can blame CB.

They can say if not for CB then won't crash.

Normally too many cars how to chiong and crash?

CB lah now so few cars so go a "bit" fast only and this happens.

We all know lousy driver all got excuse one

so they can add this one to their list and use it.

This one no need to pay copy right.

All the cars that crash there seem to be older cars.

Maybe don't have ESC?

If newer cars then have ESC then maybe the ESC would have brake the back wheel to stop the tail from sliding out and prevent the crash.

Wouldn't that cause fishtailing or oversteer?  Throttle has to be very smooth in slippery condition. 

Then they brake somemore turn some more end up lose friction angle at the front, lose traction at the end, car rotates and all 4 wheels at sea.

That's what LFB is for. 

Left foot braking. 

It's the only safe way to scrub speed mid corner.

This strip could be causing problem when driven over at high speed (>110km/h) especially when wet...

well , if u drive a mid engine car like MR2, u be having a fun time with snap over steer on lift off mid corner

Some will then say, a FWD will crash. A RWD one will be able to power slide thru safely.

Yes partially. Cause the strips are more slippery in the wet, plus usually they are also slightly depressed thus unsettling the balance of the car in a bend. And when one goes are a higher speed, the unskilled will panic and slam the brakes and we know the end result.

Just to mention, the slip road to join KPE from ECP( city) has a bump in the road due to ground subsistence right after the start of the left bend. Go at 60kmh or higher and you can feel your rear end shift out.  
I travel there frequently, but wonder why no one has crashed yet! Haha

Public service announcement - Jln Buroh towards West Coast Highway direction just after coming down the bridge over Pandan River, 3rd lane huge pothole can probably fit a whole 17-incher inside when laid flat.  Be careful.  That said, roads nowadays got sucky maintenance and patching works, especially now - lack of maintenance.
