Spring Moderator February 2, 2021 Author Share February 2, 2021 Winter transfer window closed with a whimper as EPL sides signed a total of only 6-8 players on permanent transfers at a total cost of 82mil+. This has got to be the quietest window in modern times. Pool signed 2 CBs, 1 on loan Ozan Kabak from Schalke and Ben Davies for 2 mil from Preston. Minamino went out on loan to Saints to get more game time. City, Chelsea, Spurs didn’t sign anyone whilst Arsenal got in Real youngster Odegaard on loan.
