Only striker that played but never score yet win the trophy...ultimate lucky charm...😁

Maybe he should stop scoring...Blues to top the table by May...🤣

he is not really scoring alot at chelsea also, but win a number of important game for chelsea.

chelsea rely on his goal even through he is not prolific at all. it speak alot in chelsea weak point.

the rest of the players esp the winger and mid is not helping enough.

like the game vs saint, chelsea first shot on target come from a centre back from super far away ............

He not selfish let Mbappe score all the goals.

He do all the hard work.

He hold up the ball and release it to Mbappe

He run from the middle to the wing to drag out the defender so Mbappe can run into space.

He jump high high to head the ball down to Mbappe to go and score the goals.

the most unbelievable thing this season is west ham in top 4 loh....

last year they almost went down, if they get top 4 end of season, david .m must be given manager of the season.( not to mention lei, they barley spend any money????)

but i am betting on pools or chelsea to knock them down.

the sad thing is very hard to see man u and lei being drag into the btm group. its more sad that i feel either chelsea or pools will not make top 4..........

DM knows the value of Lingaard in MU and it's showing the results, a win-win for all three parties. Many new players in Ole's team so Mata's contract is on hold, hopefully Martial goes too....

the start of this season all the sign is showing its gonna be a very close fight, with many teams taking their turn to take no 1 spot.

who would have through 3/4 of the season gone, man c 62. 2nd place 50.......

must give pep his due credit. but i believe he still lack the holy grail , till now he only manage to win UCL with barc, with messi in his peak

Despite their slow start, City are running with the title, just a matter of time before they are crowned Champs.

The real fight is for the top 4 positions with even Leicester and Man United not sure of their places after dropping points over the weekend. Leicester especially are worried as now Harvey Barnes will be out for awhile. Everton are also in with a shout along with the surprise team of the season, West Ham.

Relegation dog fight has seen an upturn in form for Fulham and with Newcastle in free fall, there could be a fight there as well and last match of the season sees Fulham play Newcastle!

dun say everton loh.

if spurs and villa can put together 5-6 win in a roll. they will be fighting for 4th spot at least .

worst thing is i expect EPL club to do well in UCL  and europa. maybe 4th spot also might miss out.

aside from 1st spot, epl very long  never have such a close fight for top 4 liao...

Yes 4th might not get into UCL but this needs both the UCL n UEL winners to be EPL teams outside the top 4 which if it does happen will be very unlucky for team who finishes 4th

oh then it mean if just 1 team outside top 4 win UCL or UEL.

the 4th team still get in??

for example spurs win but 6 spot, chelsea 4 spot??

Yes as maximum 5 teams from same country allowed to qualify.

So top 4 plus either UCL or UEL winner (if both finish outside top 4) will qualify but if both UCL & UEL winner outside top 4 then these 2 plus top 3 only will qualify ie 5 teams will qualify. So very unlikely but possible.

the downfall of barc??

https://www.tnp.sg/sports/football/barcelona-club-offices-raided-police-arrests-made?fbclid=IwAR2qcdXPvXJ3P5ArSH5d7l0TRh9mf5B5uUV2ydSVOXqTty4J_D1GQH1Y9Oc

Police raided the offices of Barcelona on Monday (March 1), carrying out several arrests just six days ahead of the club’s presidential elections, a Catalan regional police spokesman told AFP.

Spain’s Cadena Ser radio said one of those arrested was former club president Josep Maria Bartomeu, who resigned in October, along with CEO Oscar Grau and the club’s head of legal services.

But the police refused to confirm names, saying only “arrests are taking place” and adding that the operation was being run by officers from the financial crimes unit.

“We are in the process of carrying out an operation right now with agents of the financial crimes unit,” the police spokesman told AFP.

According to reports in the Spanish media, the operation is linked to last year’s investigation into the “BarcaGate” scandal, in which the club denied hiring a company to criticise current and former players on social media to improve the image of the then-president Bartomeu.

Lionel Messi, Pep Guardiola and Xavi Hernandez were among those allegedly targeted by the campaign.

Pardon me for being so cruel but I don't feel sorry for Barca at all. Their club is run politically and they have taken advantage of their history and status to poach players at cheap prices and attracted talented youths thru $. I suppose alot of clubs are guilty of this as well but Barca do it more blatantly n they are cheapos in squeezing prices of selling clubs and if u say City, PSG and Chelsea spoil market, I think the Catalans are worse as at least those clubs pay the going rate.

Apologies if I have offended Barca fans here but just my opinion. Ironic that they are cheapskates in paying for players but held ransom by Messi on his wages and perks. Obviously, they have overpaid him with obscene wages which are not sustainable and now they paying the price for it.

Tonite big match Pool v Chelsea, a 6 pointer for sure! Somehow I feel it would end in a draw which has been the case for most games of this magnitude.

All the teams bar City are so inconsistent, really anybody's guess who will end up 2nd-4th. Don't rule out teams outside the top 6 from squeezing in somehow.
