According to Certificate of Entitlement (COE) Renewal | Owning | OneMotoring (lta.gov.sg) I will loose the entire September month COE , since the renew start date will be on 1st September . What talking? you can choose when you want to renew your COE. I renewed mine before, and I used internet banking to click to renew on the last day of my original COE, and i didn't lose a single day of the 10 years COE. But if you want to renew earlier as the prevailing quota premium is lower, then you will have to sacrifice some of it, be it months or even years. oh, you must also be prepared to have the road tax and insurance renewed in time too. If the car gives way from now till August, at least you know you cannot depend on your current car.
