come to think of it.. i never really had nonya chang with the minced meat version. if it is not minced meat, can it be considered nonya chang?

nonya chang only has meat. nothing else. and the meat is sweet. if satisfy this criteria, then i would say can be called a nonya change even though it is not minced.

Just now passed by 东园 bak zhang shop, long long queue! How come people wait until today bak zhang festival liao still buying bak zhang? Or if people dont queue and buy bak zhang on actual bak zhang festival would unlucky for 1 year? 😅

Is this another woman who uses firewood to make dumplings? Thought there was also reported one woman using firewood to make dumplings at corridor area?
